Pet Policy

Non-refundable pet fee - One-time payment of $300.00 Monthly Pet rent - $25 per pet

Pets allowed: Up to 2 Cats, 1 Cat and 1 Dog* (less than 50 lbs) or 1 Dog* (less than 50 lbs) only.

A pet photo and vaccination records must be provided showing all shots and vaccines for the pets are current.

Applicant/Resident must sign a pet addendum agreeing to all terms and conditions. A sample pet addendum is available upon request.

*Restricted Breeds (full breed or mix of): Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Irish Wolf Hound, German Shepherd. Any dog of a breed that grows to be heavier than the property’s weight restriction of 50 lbs.
