A pet photo and vaccination records must be provided showing all shots and vaccines for the pets are current.
Applicant/Resident must sign a pet addendum agreeing to all terms and conditions. A sample pet addendum is available upon request.
*Restricted Breeds (full breed or mix of): Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Irish Wolf Hound, German Shepherd. Any dog of a breed that grows to be heavier than the property’s weight restriction of 50 lbs.

A very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and neat. The area is nice being so close to everything. Colony Hill is close to schools and the heart of Arbutus. The staff is very helpful, especially the maintenance staff.
