It's great! The Colony Hill office staff and maintenance are friendly. They have amazing prices for the area. It the perfect place to live with a family. We've been here 5 years and hope to stay a few more years as well.

A very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and neat. The area is nice being so close to everything. Colony Hill is close to schools and the heart of Arbutus. The staff is very helpful, especially the maintenance staff.
